We needed new chairs for our custom table. These are so comfortable and a near perfect match!
Stephanie was excellent. She knew everything about a mattress I asked for, about the bed, and, a refrigerator I needed. We bought the Fridge and will be back soon for the bed!
We have a fridge that stopped working. We have used Woody's Furniture for more than 10 years, so we went to Woody's to shop for another one. There wasn't one in stock. But, Steph found one for us at the warehouse. It should be in on the 30th and delivered the next day. They have always been able to help us. We have bought 3 fridges, 3 recliners, mattresses, and cook stoves.

This was the best furniture shopping experience I've ever had. The person in the showroom asked a few questions and then was able to guide me to the perfect furniture. Delivery was also a great experience. I can't recommend Woody's Furniture enough.

Using the Arts and Crafts Movement as my inspiration, I set out to find an establishment that would feed my need. Woody's Furniture exceeded my expectations. Our dining set & side table arrived today and they are simply gorgeous. Our dining set was ordered but I stumbled upon the small three-drawer table in their clearance section. WHAT A STEAL! Trey, our sales assistant, is pure gold. He quickly surmised our vision and helped us achieve it. Ten stars for Woody's!

I was greeted quickly when I entered the store by Caroline, pointed in the direction of the dining furniture I was looking for, and allowed to look around. I was quite fortunate to find what I was looking for, and it was in-store! It’s scheduled to be delivered one week from the purchase date. Would’ve been a couple of days sooner, but there’s outside work being done on my house that day. Couldn’t be more pleased. Hoping the delivery experience is as great as the buying experience. I’ll report back if not, but no reason to believe it’ll be anything other than great at this point.

While I haven't received my order yet, I have been more than impressed with the customer service for Woody's Furniture!! Both of the employees I worked with - Kevin and Scotty - were absolutely wonderful.Scotty took the time to text me photos of three stains that appeared closest to the picture on the website for the bookcase I wanted. Also, both of them were wonderful and able to honor the initial quote I received, as it was still within the sale timeframe.I am so excited to get my bookcase, counting down the weeks until it arrives!! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who was looking for solid wood furniture. They are geat!

I have purchased 3 items at Woody’s. They are a cabinet for below a wall mounted TV, a lift top coffee table, and a dining table with six chairs. All of the items look “better in my house” than in a showroom. Delivery was also quick and easy. My thanks to all of the staff for their help with these 3 separate purchases.

Pleasant staff. Fastidious, while being courteous.Selection of showroom is large, given that it has to encompass all aspects of living space.Amazing array of dining room furniture, which in a host-ey home is where you'd likely spend a lot of time, and when it meanders to the living room there's plenty of entertainment, coffee table, and side table options. There's also decor pieces scattered throughout.Not a good spot if you don't like wood pieces, since, well... It's all wood craft and mostly Amish at that.Expensive, very expensive. Tradeoff is. You'll probably never need to replace it. So if it costs 10k for a full bedroom suite but it last 30 years, is it actually expensive? A tough debate that only an individual can decide for themselves, but expensive.Not a fan of their rugs, though. Admittedly there is only a few in the showroom though.

Everyone is so attentive and so helpful. The furniture is always top-notch. I just wish I could walk in the store just one time and not buy something! The prices are reasonable, considering the quality of the craftsmanship! When you want a piece that is going to last this is the place to come!

We have purchased beautiful furniture from Woody's on several occasions. We were so pleased with the bedroom set that we purchased in 2020 that we keep returning there for other needed furniture, e.g. dining table and chairs, bookshelves, an end table, and most recently living room chairs.Each time we enter Woody's we are greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who are helpful, but also allow us to wander amongst their beautiful pieces without disruption until we have questions or want more information.Although we've wandered the furniture stores in Hickory several times, we've always found better products and better prices at Woody's. It's certainly our go-to shop for furniture.

We were scouting around for wood dining chairs and decided to stop and take a look. This is a very nice furniture store with beautifully designed and made pieces. I say this because it does not look like that from the outside. It looks like they sell Adirondack chairs out of a warehouse. There is a lovely showroom where Jennifer encouraged us to sit on many of their huge variety of wood chairs. I wish I had realized Woody’s near my home carried beautiful tables and chairs. I've visited over 100 furniture stores in a 200 mile radius looking for a table to suit our needs. My husband is now making our table and I’m sure it will be wonderful, but Woody’s would have had an option that we could have used.

We had purchased a real wood table from one of the national retailers and found the quality and experience was disappointing. We had bought a desk and a media console about 18 months ago and decided to come back and see if we could find something more in line with what we wanted. They had several tables to choose from that would work and the pricing was comparable if not better. We worked with Trey who was great, no pressure, and very helpful. Next time we need a more "substantive" piece of furniture we'll definitely come back there first.

The furniture isn't cheap, but it is also not cheaply made. If you want low prices look elsewhere. If you want high quality with expert service, this is the place for you. We are very satisfied.

This place is over the top outstanding! You are going to pay the price because it’s not cheap furniture, but it will be the last piece of furniture you’ll ever need. The quality is unmatched anywhere around this area. Just can’t say enough about Woodys. The sales rep was wonderful, they help me load my truck, they did just about everything. Had a great experience here a few weeks ago. Got a few pieces of furniture for our new porch. The furniture is quality stuff. Will probably get a few more pieces in the future when the porch is completely finished. However, the main reason I’m taking the time to write this review is to acknowledge our salesman, Trey. We visited several times over a couple weeks looking at different options. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the different product lines. And always had just the perfect balance of information without coming across as a pushy salesman. If you stop by be on the lookout for Trey!

The sales/purchase process was low pressure. Adam was nice to work with. We've very happy with our table, chairs and bench. The pieces are beautiful and very well made. Everyone who's seen them have been very complimentary about them.I was expecting some care instructions, but we didn't receive anything like that. The delivery fee was quite high, but we didn't have much choice. The delivery men places cheap felt pads on all floor contact points during delivery. Several of these pads have already fallen off. (We've had the furniture for maybe a month.)Overall we are very happy with Woody's. We will definitely recommend them to others and be back ourselves.
